Life transitions or the loss of a loved one can evoke a range of emotions, such as, fear, sadness and anxiety. Adjustments to change can be an overwhelming experience. My clients tend to be motivated, high functioning individuals who desire to begin a healing process. They are open to learning new healthy communication and coping strategies. I help individuals navigate the process of change with the goal of reestablishing a sense of balance in daily life and hope for the future. I will guide the process toward gaining awareness, offering new perspectives and fresh insights.
