Currently accepting new clients. I have extensive experience working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, shame/guilt, trauma, family and relational difficulties, grief/loss and bereavement, school related or social issues. Through cognitive therapy, mindful practices, and skill based coping techniques I can work with you to reduce symptoms and improve your quality of life and relationships. Working as a therapist for 19 years, I’ve met with people of all ages and backgrounds, at various points on their mental health journey. Anxiety, depression, grief, loss, shame and guilt affect us all and sometimes take control of us, but you can take that control back. Managing your symptoms and learning proven skills is an important part of that.
