Though I relish working with a diverse set of issues, I specialize in helping clients in the midst of a transition. Graduating from college, entering adulthood, starting or leveling up in a career, maintaining long-term relationships, aging, or parenting are all examples of some of the transitions that many of my clients are navigating. These transitions often require a self-reevaluation to take stock of where you are today and what’s preventing you from becoming a reimagined version of yourself.
