Tracy Souza is dedicated to helping individuals and couples throughout Maine overcome a wide range of mental health challenges. She provides therapy for adults and seniors, utilizing her compassionate and client-centered approach to help clients manage PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Tracy is especially passionate about supporting first responders, military personnel, veterans, and police officers, bringing 13 years of experience working with these populations.
