My ideal client is someone seeking holistic healing and meaningful change. They may be navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or managing a stressful situation. My clients come with different gender identities, sexual orientations, religious and spiritual beliefs. My clients will experience my beliefs in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging- which basically means I am an accepting and empathic person helping those folks looking for clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of self-acceptance. I offer a holistic approach, blending mindfulness, self-care, CBT, Acceptance therapy and Trauma-Focused therapy.. I provide therapy to individuals and couples; specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I provide a safe, collaborative space to help clients heal, build skills, and increase resilience.
