My approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical. I start by deeply understanding you—your history, your nervous system, and what’s getting in the way of living in alignment with your values. Together, we identify clear, meaningful goals and take steady steps toward them. I can also serve as an accountability partner so change doesn’t stay theoretical.
