Accepting New Clients I work with teens and adults from a client centered focus, using primarily CBT and EMDR, to help people who are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. I use a trauma- informed lens, creating a safe environment where healing can occur at a comfortable pace.
