Over the last 24 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health services. I am experienced in using Strength-Based, Solution-focused, and Faith-based approaches to help my clients reach their desired goals and increase healthy mental well-being. I am sensitive to my clients’ cultural backgrounds and use empathy, awareness, and listening skills to help them as they explore their struggles and challenges. Together, we find solutions and promote growth for mental clarity and a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
