Life can present us with some pretty bad circumstances; abuse, loss, assault, bad relationships, violence, military combat, bullying, and otherwise what we would refer to as "trauma", happens to so many of us. We are not defined by how others have treated us, or by what has happened to us, though. It's my goal to help all of my clients realize the truth, and to live life as it was intended for them, without their past continuing to negatively affect them. It would be an honor for me to be a part of the process for you, to help you get your life back.
