Elizabeth Lugo graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She has been working in the field for over 15 years and has specialized in trauma counseling in children and adults with diagnosis like PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Borderline personality, and OCD. She now works in her private practice at Trauma and Wellness Counseling Center where she provides Teletherapy services. She is also pursuing her PhD in Counseling at UCF.
