I specialize in helping motivated 18 to 30(ish) year olds who are struggling with big life transitions/trauma or grief/loss, and as a result, have experienced symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or self-esteem issues and help them to better understand how their past has impacted them and be able to heal and move forward. These types of issues can make clients feel like they are being held back from living life to their full potential and are looking for relief, a deeper understanding of themselves, and healing. I want to help clients reclaim their joy and create a future that's defined by resilience and fulfillment.
