Trauma can create barriers that prevent us from living fully, and I understand how overwhelming and isolating that can feel. My goal is to walk alongside you and your family, offering a compassionate presence to help you heal and find hope. Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, especially during difficult times. Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen, without judgment, and I’ve chosen to be that person for you. Together, we can create a safe space where you can express yourself, work through your struggles. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to support individuals facing challenges. Additionally, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD.
