We support adults (18+) in Connecticut with HUSKY/Medicaid who are living with the aftershocks of trauma—whether it happened last month or decades ago. If you’re having trouble sleeping, pulling away from people, feeling constantly on edge, or struggling with painful memories, you’re not alone. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. Our team is down-to-earth, trauma-informed, and here to walk with you, at your pace, as you find your way back to feeling safe, steady, and more like yourself.
