Welcome, I’m Trena Ensign, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. If you have found yourself here, it means you are thinking about making some changes in your life. Making the decision to begin a journey of self-discovery can be scary, to say the least. It would be my honor and privilege to help you discover your best self. I have worked in the counseling field for over 16 years, working mostly with women, the majority of whom have experienced trauma. Therefore, my specialty is women's issues, including, depression, anxiety, trauma, (sexual/physical molest), addiction, and intimacy/relationship issues.
