I have been a practicing clinician for 3 years, and have worked successfully with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Primarily, my work has been with adults and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. However, I also have worked with children experiencing similar challenges. Whether you or your loved ones are currently experiencing depression, trauma symptoms, anxiety, or you or your child struggles with emotional regulation, I would provide a supportive environment to discuss those challenges and help you reach your goals. While I have worked with a wide range of clients, my primary training and experience have been focused on working with individuals from the LGBTQ community who are exploring their identity or coping with discrimination. I have experience and training in individual therapy, specializing in group therapy.
