I am a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience in treating adults in areas of addiction, grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, and life stress. I recognize and acknowledge that life can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming. You are not alone. I will listen to and support you. You can expect unconditional acceptance, respect, compassion, and honesty. I will challenge you to help facilitate your growth and healing. And between all that hard work, we'll likely find some humor and share a few laughs as part of the process. My approach to therapy is person-centered and holistic. My practice is rooted in the therapeutic relationship being a collaborative partnership. I create a safe nonjudgmental space to allow you to be or become your authentic self and provide guidance and support in helping you to heal, rebuild, recover and grow.
