I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York and Connecticut. I obtained my Masters at Baruch College and have been working in field of mental health since 2017. I currently provide therapy sessions to both young and middle-aged adults. In my practice, I support my clients with identifying their emotions, navigating various stressors, and implementing healthy lifestyle changes. I believe in facilitating candid conversations to establish therapeutic relationships rooted in trust and transparency.
