I utilize unique counseling technics to assist every individual in meeting their needs and helping them reach their goals. I see myself as a assistant in your journey and seek to encourage and empower you as well as help you be a active participant in your learning and healing. My therapeutic modalities varies upon the client, no one person is the same. Some of the modalities used are Client Centered, Motivational Therapy, Talk Therapy, CBT , Solution Focused Therapy and Psychotherapy. I have a very diverse background working with adults, couples and geriatric population.
