I currently have a waitlist but am happy to place you on it if desired. I work with people who desire to lead fulfilling lives but struggle to do so for a variety of reasons. My clients often find difficult to open up to others, or find themselves haunted by past events. They try to "brush off" challenging experiences to lesser and lesser degrees of success. individuals with trauma, complicated relationships with parents, sexual shame, or histories of sexual or physical abuse are common in my practice. We can strengthen your ability to tolerate painful emotions and uncomfortable previous experiences.
