Hello, I am a LCSW who has ten years of diverse social work experience. I graduated from California State University Sacramento with my Master's of Social Work. I enjoy promoting the mental health of adults who are adjusting to life transitions and/or healing from traumatic events. I also provide a safe place to discuss management of anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders. In our first session together, we will introduce ourselves and allow for discussion of life challenges that you have identified as priorities to address in therapy . We will work collaboratively to create an action plan for future sessions.
