Hi! My name is Tricia. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years experience and extensive training in many therapeutic modalities. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. I am heavily grounded in IFS and EMDR. It is my honor to witness and nurture growth and healing. Counseling is not only a gift to yourself, but it often positively affects others in your life. Learning to be authentically you is not always easy. But when we are genuine in the world, we find clarity, connection and a new perspective that allows us to thrive despite the chaos of the world.
