Are you an expert at covering up your deepest feelings so much that those closest to you are unaware you are struggling? Is it hard for you to let people in emotionally, out of fear? Does this sometimes manifest in shame, irritability, miscommunication, anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, and inauthenticity? It rarely feels like the “right time” to navigate our most vulnerable feelings, until we start. I offer counseling to people 16+, who are ready, or skeptical, to start the therapeutic process. Collaboratively, I work with individuals to cultivate a safe and comfortable space to explore the difficult. I use an integrative approach that caters therapy to individual needs focusing on shame reduction, self-compassion, and the celebration of individuality.
