My Ideal client is someone, child, adolescent, or adult, who is ready to make a change in their behaviors, thoughts, their life. This individual may be feeling anxious, or depressed, or tired of repeating the patterns that “get them into trouble”. This individual wants to learn how to manage their feelings or thoughts, process through their situations, while gaining skills to work through those situations, and learn to let things go. I find that the individuals (children and adults) ready for change “dive right into” my therapy toys/sand tray/art supplies so that they can begin processing their issues they way that they need to.
