Together, we’ll navigate your journey at your pace—toward strength, clarity, and lasting change. I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have received my M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have many years of experience treating depression, anxiety, addictions, self-esteem, mood disorders, family conflict, relationship/marital distress, and trauma. I have assisted populations such as children, teens, adults, religious leaders, and families.
