My ideal client is someone who recognizes a need and a desire for help. I often tell my client's that they are here because they desire to be heard, or for something to change because what they are currently doing is not helping. My hope is to walk alongside and expand our way of problem solving by assessing what is helpful. I believe you have the answer in knowing what work you want to engage in. My role as your therapist is to motivate and inspire us to work through our problems by gaining deeper insight over our 'why' through different tools.
