My ideal client is someone who welcomes diverse problem-solving methodologies and is self-reflective. I am passionate about helping clients with a variety of different issues. I take special interest in technology/social media use, trauma and student-athlete life. I meet all of my clients where they are at and treat them as unique individuals. I use the strengths-based approach, and I help my clients to utilize their individual and community strengths. When meeting with clients, I create a net of safety by holding space where clients can process their issues.
