My clients want to make their lives better and relieve their pain and suffering through many of life's trials. Sometimes they just need a place to feel safe to share what's going on and to get support that otherwise is not available to them. They want to heal themselves on emotional, physical and spiritual levels and strengthen their ability to make healthy choices and have healthy boundaries. And sometimes they are looking to do deep shadow work, deep grief work, and heal whatever is holding them back. There are many reasons why my clients choose counseling, and I am here to assist.
