In today's world everyone needs a little help, a listening ear, a nod of understanding, I am that person. I believe in working to help balance the body, soul, and mind. It is important to me that those who reach out for help get it. My deepest desire is that my clients move toward the best they can be. I believe to achieve balance, when coming off the emotional rollercoaster of everyday life in situations such as depression and grief and loss and family/domestic violence you must be an active participant in the life you want to live. In my practice, I and my colleagues look to serve those who have concerns with depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, abusive relationships, spiritual abuse, life's transitions, grief and loss and the challenges of parenting.
