Welcome to my counseling practice. It can take a lot of strength to make that first call and I especially appreciate the opportunity to work with those who are new to therapy. (We usually break the ice by discussing the best New Haven pizza, or the best type of dog!) I am a licensed professional counselor with more than twenty years of experience working collaboratively with clients to provide assistance with a number of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, ADHD, life transitions, and health and aging issues. I have also served as the President and ethics chair of the Connecticut Counseling Association.
