Life can feel overwhelming for children, teens, and women navigating emotions, challenging life changes, or feeling stuck in patterns. As a parent or individual, it can be difficult to know how to help yourself or your child through these moments. But with the right support, healing and growth are possible. I take a warm, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy, specializing in working with children, teens, and adult women. I use modalities such as Play Therapy, CBT, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR to help children and adult women process their experiences, develop coping skills, and build stronger connections.
