With my master's degree in Human Services Counseling, I have worked extensively in child trauma, and am specifically trained in domestic violence, teen pregnanacy, teen parenting, grief and loss, addiction, and parenting support. I find the exploration of generational family systems an effective platform for helping to first understand and then work towards breaking unhealthy cycles. Recognizing relationship themes and building healthy relationships and boundaries are foundations to my counseling.
