English | español I’m a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor, and I’m passionate about helping people find healing, resilience, and clarity in their lives. With specialized training in EMDR, I bring a trauma-informed approach to therapy, allowing clients to process difficult experiences and gain new insights at a pace that feels right for them. I especially enjoy working with older teens, women, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, acculturation, and major life transitions. My approach is all about collaboration and authenticity. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be fully yourself. In our sessions, I draw from EMDR, CBT, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused modalities, so we can find what resonates best with you.
