In my work at Alpine Neurotherapy, I combine the healing power of a safe and caring therapeutic relationship with qEEG informed neurofeedback technology. I consider qEEg neurofeedback technology to be a game changer in the mental health field for a few key reasons: 1) This technology gives us the ability to obtain objective data points or “biomarkers” in brain functioning which often represent root causes of symptom presentations 2) With this data we create individualized protocols that target the specific ares in the brain that will benefit from targeted neurofeedback training
