My ideal client is an LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or trauma-surviving adult tired of "performing" for a world not built for them. They feel stuck under the weight of anxiety, identity questions, or the exhaustion of masking. Having likely spent too much time "educating" past therapists, they need a space where they don't have to defend who they are. Their goal is to stop just surviving and start living authentically—feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. They want practical tools to navigate transitions and a sense of hope that they no longer have to carry the heavy stuff alone. I’m a trans-identified therapist providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults. I specialize in trauma (EMDR) and BDSM/Poly-informed therapy.
