I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I'm so excited to meet with you! I use a blend of approaches, leaning on Gestalt, person-centered, and strength-based perspectives, but I believe therapy should feel as unique as the person sitting across from me. Sometimes that means using creativity—bringing music, art, or movement into our work. Other times it’s about slowing down, practicing mindfulness, and finding ways to feel grounded in the middle of life’s stressors.
