I have 2 immediate openings for new clients. I am passionate about working with clients navigating difficult life challenges such as the ending or loss of an important relationship, stress-producing life changes, relationship and family concerns, lack of confidence and competence, and/or personal growth and behavioral change. I often work with clients experiencing anxiety and worry, depressive symptoms, substance use, and/or trauma symptoms. I am committed to compassionately guiding individuals through their unique emotional journeys with empathy, insight, and evidence-based approaches. Additionally, as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I have years of experience with addiction and recognize that it often intersects with emotional pain, past trauma, and unresolved parts of the self.
