We all want someone to talk to and listen to us! And being heard and understood helps us to heal and make sense of the stressors that we encounter. My desire is to help heal distressed individuals, couples, and families and restore them to a state of wholeness and satisfaction. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to explore and examine the whole person to accomplish their goals of personal enhancement and change. I want to help my clients obtain peace, strength, and structure for healthy living and building strong relationships.
