Over the course of our lives, we develop emotional, spiritual, and physical wounds that it make it harder to connect with others and to feel authentically real. We end up building walls intended to keep us safe. These walls end up encasing us in patterns that bring feelings of rejection, sadness, shame and fear. They hamper our ability to progress, have quality relationships, and find happiness. My philosophy is to create a safe, therapeutic environment in which you can be heard and supported while developing strategies to remove the barriers keeping you from being authentic and connecting to others.
