I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families in both clinical and community mental health settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and other life challenges. My clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, and I am trained in EMDR, Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), and a certified Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator. These tools allow me to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client while fostering healing, resilience, and growth.
