Hi, my name is Tuere Williams. I am a licensed mental Health Therapist. I have also worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist, School Counselor, Suicide Prevention trainer, De-Escalation Trainer, Parent Educational Trainer, and Member of the Crisis Team. My focus is on helping individuals understand who they are and find ways to solve their problems. I favor cognitive behavioral theories, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered Therapy, Adlerian therapy, and narrative therapy. I allow clients to take the lead in goal setting. Clients must become the leaders of their lives.
