I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinical supervisor in both Colorado and Arizona. My primary focus is on ensuring that my clients feel trusted and accepted, regardless of what brings you in for treatment. I provide individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and adults for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I take a person-centered approach to help clients better understand how they are personally equipped to handle the many challenges faced in life. I have been practicing therapy for over 9 years and specialize in working with teens and adults on anxiety, depression and life transitions. I am trained in several therapeutic techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, among others.
