I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who utilizes the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to explore with clients our complex inner world and make sense of the different aspects of ourselves that contribute to our overall personality (if you’ve ever felt like “a part of me feels this way, and a part of me feels that way”, you know the dynamic!). This approach is holistic and honors every part of a person without asking us to subdue or shut down anything about ourselves, and it allows clients to explore finding new and healthier roles. I believe that everyone has access to internal healing and wisdom that knows how to help them grow, thrive, and manage emotional residue from our past.
