My main focus as an EMDR-trained therapist is helping individuals recover from trauma in a safe and supportive environment. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds but with particular focus on the LGBTQ+ community. If you find yourself being reactive, anxious, feeling numb, or stuck in patterns reliving the past, then I would like to help you make noticeable changes in your life and remove barriers that are standing in the way of healing. Therapy is your unique time to focus on your own needs where I can help you learn effective tools to cope in life and provide a safe space to experience and alleviate heavy emotions.
