I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and couples who are going though life transitions. I also have experince supporting individuals in need of sports psychology and sports preformance issues. I focus on inner development, relationship connection, and the importance of social, racial, and cultural identity. I know life can be hard. It takes courage and vulnerability to meet the challenge.As a therapist, I want to create a space that validates your experience and empowers your best self.
