Hi! I'm so happy that you are here! My name is Tynesha Ivory. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in central Arkansas and working with clients throughout the state through telehealth. I work with adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress due to poor work/life balance. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help my clients develop and implement realistic plans and start feeling better.
