I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 20 years of experience working with adults. My approach is holistic and mindfulness-based, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, helping clients slow down, turn inward, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I help clients examine the beliefs that keep them from living authentically. Too often, people are guided by fear, self-doubt, or concern about what others think. In therapy, we explore where these beliefs came from and whether they still serve the client’s life today.
