I work with a wide variety of individuals and couples. The clients I work with have diverse backgrounds and often struggle with relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I prioritize establishing safety and security in working with my clients so that the therapy environment is one that allows for exploring and overcoming. I utilize action-oriented approaches and this includes strategies that focus on acceptance and mindfulness as well as commitment and behavioral change.
