Hi, I’m Ujala, you can pronounce my name as you read it aloud :) I’m a mental health counselor‑in‑training and current graduate student at Hunter College, under supervision in New York City. I welcome clients navigating cross‑cultural identity, familial expectations, academic or career transitions, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or relationship challenges. I mostly work with teens and young adults, many of whom share immigrant or first‑generation experiences and are seeking culturally informed support.
