I am trauma-informed and I know that masking and being undiagnosed for years is painful and exhausting. I can help if you have gone to therapy and taken medication but previous labels missed something. I identify brain differences and strengths, not deficits and look at how your environment might be a mismatch and what to do about it. A diagnosis can allow you to give yourself grace. I never share any information with insurance/government databases.
