I'm a warm, empathic, creative therapist, with a goofy sense of humor that gets me through the day. I'm here to listen before anything else; you are the expert on yourself. My aim is to help you find a new perspective on earlier chapters of your life as well as to change the way you are approaching today’s and tomorrow’s chapters. To use acknowledgment, laughter, bodily wisdom, new coping skills and your already-present strengths to heal and move forward differently.
